Leave for Elected Officers. 11.12 An employee elected as a paid officer of the executive of the Union, the Alliance or the Northern Territories Federation of Labour shall, upon application, be granted leave of absence without pay for the term of office. During the leave of absence without pay such employees shall maintain all accumulated rights and benefits to which they are entitled under the Agreement.

During the leave of absence without pay such employees the Employee shall maintain all accumulated rights and benefits to which they are entitled under the Agreementseniority.
