Leave Adjustments. Employees with part-time appointments who work in excess of their assigned percentage appointment shall have their vacation and sick leave hours adjusted at the end of each month to reflect any additional leave earned in the previous month, if the adjustment will result in additional accrued leave of one (1) or more hour per month. Classification and Reclassification Policy Positions shall be allocated to the appropriate classification. Requests to reallocate should be based on a belief that the duties, responsibilities, or qualifications of a position are such that it is inappropriately allocated. Management retains the right to assign work in accordance with the provisions of the management rights clause of this Agreement.
