Leaseholder Recharges for Works. Where pursuant to the terms of their lease with the Council, Leaseholders will be • under an obligation after the Completion Date to make a contribution to the Company towards the costs of major works and/or improvements and the Leaseholder's liability towards the costs of those works of repair and/or improvement exceed £10,000 the Company as directed by the Council agrees to abide by its promises made to Leaseholders (in section 3.10 of the Consultation Document and section 2.8 of the Consultation Document issued to Leaseholders) to • comply with the Council's common policy framework on leaseholder recharges as the same may be varied or amended from time to time so as to limit the contribution of Leaseholders towards the costs of the major works of repairs and/or improvement to £10,000 where the terms of the Council's common policy framework are applicable to the circumstances of the Leasehelder PROVIDED THAT the provision • of this clause shall not preclude the Company from recovering any discount allowed to any Leaseholder under the Council's common policy framework where the Leaseholder sells the Dwelling within 7 years of the date that the Company agrees to discount the costs of the Leaseholder's contribution towards the costs of the major works of repairs and improvement.

  • Tooling Unless otherwise specified in this Agreement, all tooling and/or all other articles required for the performance hereof shall be furnished by Seller, maintained in good condition and replaced when necessary at Seller's expense. If NETAPP agrees to pay Seller for special tooling or other items either separately or as a stated part of the unit price of Goods purchased herein, title to same shall be and remain in NETAPP upon payment therefore.

  • EXPENSES AND EQUIPMENT Contractor is solely and fully responsible for all costs and expenses incident to the performance of the Services, including any and all licensing or permit fees, instrumentalities, supplies, tools, equipment, or materials needed to perform the Services. If the District furnishes any goods, materials, or other equipment to Contractor, Contractor assumes complete liability for those goods, materials, or other equipment.   • Computer Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of computer equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is in compliance with Subchapter Y, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Computer Equipment Recycling Program and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality rules in 30 TAC Chapter 328.

  • Computer Equipment No computers and/or personal electronic devices, such as tablets and laptop computers, or any component thereof, may be purchased with funds provided under this Contract, regardless of purchase price, without prior written approval of ADMINISTRATOR. Any such purchase shall be in accordance with specifications provided by ADMINISTRATOR, be subject to the same inventory control conditions specified above in Subparagraphs 18.1.1 to 18.1.4, and, at the sole discretion of ADMINISTRATOR, become the property of COUNTY upon termination of this Contract.

  • Test equipment For the tests an inertia dynamometer shall be equipped with the vehicle brake in question. The dynamometer shall be instrumented for continuous recording of rotational speed, brake torque, pressure in the brake line, number of rotations after brake application, braking time and brake rotor temperature.

  • Television Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of covered television equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is compliance with Subchapter Z, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Television Equipment Recycling Program.

  • Contractor’s Equipment Payment for required equipment owned by the Construction Manager or an affiliate of the Construction Manager will be based solely on an hourly rate derived by dividing the current appropriate monthly rate by 176 hours. No payment will be made under any circumstances for repair costs, freight and transportation charges, fuel, lubricants, insurance, any other costs and expenses, or overhead and profit. Payment for such equipment made idle by delays attributable to the Government will be based on one-half the derived hourly rate under this subsection.

  • Ancillary and Travel Expenses A. Except as otherwise provided in the Grant Agreement, no ancillary expenses incurred by the Grantee in connection with its provision of the services or deliverables will be reimbursed by the System Agency.   • Construction Equipment Construction Equipment means all tools, machinery and equipment, either operated or not operated, that is required for preparing, fabricating, conveying, erecting, or otherwise performing the Work but is not incorporated into the Work.
