Common use of Lease Records Clause in Contracts

Lease Records. Original copies of all Leases (to be delivered at the Real Property), and related documents in the possession or under the control of Seller or the Partnership. Such records shall include a schedule of all cash security deposits (and interest, if any) and a schedule updating the Rent Roll (including, without limitation, all unpaid concessions) and setting forth all arrears in rents and all prepayments of rents.
