Lead Teachers. Lead Teachers shall be paid a stipend of 10%. Lead Teachers will be selected yearly. Teachers interested in being a lead teacher must submit a letter of interest to the Program Manager no later than May 1 each year. Lead Teachers will be selected and placed at sites based on school and program needs. The Tulare County Office of Education will give each Lead Teacher his/her tentative assignment no later than June 1.
