LEAD TEACHERS, GRADES K-5. Lead Teachers for grades K-5 will be serving as elementary classroom teachers, with regular assignment to a classroom, and will fulfill additional responsibilities in their roles as Lead Teachers. LEAD TEACHERS, GRADES K-5. Lead Teachers for grades K-5 will be serving as elementary classroom teachers, with regular assignment to a classroom, and will fulfill additional responsibilities in their roles as Lead Teachers. Each Lead Teacher will be released from student instructional time associated with his/her classroom assignment as follows: (1 ) forty-five ( 45) minutes on each full school day for students and (2 )an additional thirty (30) hours during each school year. Each Lead Teacher will receive an annual stipend of $6748 for FY2016, $6849 for FY2017, and $6986 for FY2018.
LEAD TEACHERS, GRADES K-5. Effective with the 2019-2020 school year, grade level team leaders for grades Kindergarten - Five will each receive a stipend of $1800. The positions will be posted annually and filled only by teachers who have achieved professional teacher status.

  • Service Level Expectations Without limiting any other requirements of the Agreement, the Service Provider shall meet or exceed the following standards, policies, and guidelines:

  • Shift Rotation Routine shift rotation is not an approach to staffing endorsed by the Employer. Except for emergency situations where it may be necessary to provide safe patient care, shift rotation will not be utilized without mutual consent. If such an occasion should ever occur, volunteers will be sought first. If no one volunteers, the Employer will rotate shifts on an inverse seniority basis until the staff vacancies are filled.

  • Minimum Customer Support Requirements for TIPS Sales Vendor shall provide timely and commercially reasonable support for TIPS Sales or as agreed to in the applicable Supplemental Agreement.

  • B4 Key Personnel B4.1 The Contractor acknowledges that the Key Personnel are essential to the proper provision of the Services to the Authority.

  • Required Coverages For Generation Resources Of 20 Megawatts Or Less Each Constructing Entity shall maintain the types of insurance as described in section 11.1 paragraphs (a) through (e) above in an amount sufficient to insure against all reasonably foreseeable direct liabilities given the size and nature of the generating equipment being interconnected, the interconnection itself, and the characteristics of the system to which the interconnection is made. Additional insurance may be required by the Interconnection Customer, as a function of owning and operating a Generating Facility. All insurance shall be procured from insurance companies rated “A-,” VII or better by AM Best and authorized to do business in a state or states in which the Interconnection Facilities are located. Failure to maintain required insurance shall be a Breach of the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement.

  • Qualified Personnel Contractor shall utilize only competent personnel under the supervision of, and in the employment of, Contractor (or Contractor’s authorized subcontractors) to perform the Services. Contractor will comply with City’s reasonable requests regarding assignment and/or removal of personnel, but all personnel, including those assigned at City’s request, must be supervised by Contractor. Contractor shall commit adequate resources to allow timely completion within the project schedule specified in this Agreement.
