Lead Cook. An employee who directs the work in a school kitchen and cafeteria as necessary to properly provide school lunches under the direct supervision of the Building Principal and the Director of Food Services.
Lead Cook. An employee who performs regular duties as outlined under Cook plus and to include, providing work direction to cooks and other designated staff, (rate includes all applicable charge hand premiums), related administrative duties, calculate estimates of food requirements, order and receive supplies, resolve discrepancies with suppliers and any other related duties.
Lead Cook. The Board shall post and fill the Lead Cook position as a supplement stipend. The annual stipend of $800 shall be paid with the regular payroll.
