The "Lead Burning" clause defines the process and standards for joining lead materials, typically through a specialized welding technique. LEAD BURNING. An employee engaged in lead-burning or lead work in connection herewith will be paid an additional $1.63 per hour. This allowance will be adjusted annually on 1 March (2010-2011) based on the December to December Consumer Price Index of the previous year from the Australian Bureau of Statistics (all groups, Melbourne).
