Layoff Order. Probationary employees and short‐term or part‐time employees shall be laid off first, and then full‐time employees shall be laid off in inverse order of seniority. Individual employees shall receive notice in writing of the layoff not less than ten (10) business days prior to the effective date of such layoff.
