LAW & TRAINING. (a) Employees and the Employer and its management shall familiarize themselves with the Occupational Health and Safety Act, as amended and the construction industry regulations under the Occupational Health and Safety Act. All employees shall work according to the provisions of this statute and its regulations, plus any additional individual company safety programs which are in effect or that may be instituted during the term of this Agreement.
