Late Report. An employee reporting to work late on his regularly scheduled shift shall not be entitled to overtime rates of pay until completion of 8 hours work.
Late Report. If a Flight Attendant arrives late due to a commuting failure, but her/ his late report does not delay the flight, she/he will work the flight and will not be subject to discipline as long as provisions of this Commuter Policy are satisfied, unless the Flight Attendant has already been replaced on the flight.

Green – Form Tutor/ Subject Teacher Report The green report (Appendix 13) should be instigated by a Form Tutor where a student has received 3 or more of the same behaviour incidents logged on Class Charts. If the behaviours are predominately from one subject area then a subject teacher report should be instigated following the same principles as those for the tutor report. When a student is placed on green report the Form Tutor or Subject Teacher will inform parents/ carers. Parents/ carers will also be informed when the student has successfully completed the report. Students are placed on a green report for a period of two weeks. Xxxxx – Head of Year/ Head of Department Report Failure to satisfactorily complete the green report (Form Tutor/ Subject Teacher) will result in a student being placed on amber report to either the Head of Year or Head of Department. When a student is placed on amber report the HoY/ HoD will inform parents/ carers. Parents/ carers will also be informed when the student has successfully completed the report. Students are placed on an amber report for a period of two weeks.

Late Report. This late report procedure is for all Service Unit personnel excluding Instractionally Related Personnel, That staff follow the procedures of their assigned school or South Colonie, whichever is appropriate. It is the intention and practices of BOCES to have all of its offices remain open every scheduled work day. Offices will be closed only on those days when the state offices are closed because of inclement weather except that no employee shall be charged with vacation or personal time if a declared state of emergency exists in the local office or school to which such employee is assigned. Employee tardiness or absence due to a declared state of emergency in the municipality where the employee resides may be excused without charge to vacation or personal time at the discretion of the appropriate Deputy Director. The decision of the Director shall not be subject to review under the grievance procedure provided for in Article VH of this agreement. Should an employee anticipate tardiness or absence due to weather, this condition should be reported via telephone to the appropriate office as soon as possible. The District Superintendent may authorize late report for work, or early dismissal from work, when he/she determines that weather conditions require. Should an employee report for work later than authorized by the District Superintendent, he or she will arrange with the appropriate Deputy Director to make up the lost time, or if the appropriate Deputy Director determines that circumstances warrant, such lost time may be excused without charge to leave accruals. Employees who fail to report to work because of inclement weather conditions shall have the option of having the day charged as a personal day or as a vacation day.
