Common use of Late Punch List Time Completion Clause in Contracts

Late Punch List Time Completion. One Thousand Dollars ($1,000) for each day or part thereof if the Work remains incomplete after thirty (30) days following the time the punch list is delivered to the Contractor, provided that no such damages shall be collected until after the Contract Completion Date.
