Unbroken Vacation Period An employee shall be entitled to receive her vacation in an unbroken period unless otherwise mutually agreed upon between the employee concerned and the Employer.
Vacation Time After the Trial Period is complete, the Employee is entitled to days off per year of which is required to be mutually benefiting of the Employer and the Employee. It is required for the Employee to give notice before scheduling their vacation in accordance with Company policy. Separation Date Unless otherwise provided in this Agreement, or in any agreement to be executed in connection with this Agreement, the effective time and date of each transfer of property, assumption of liability, license, undertaking, or agreement in connection with the Separation shall be 12:01 a.m., Pacific Time, February 26, 2000 or such other date as may be fixed by the Board of Directors of 3Com (the "Separation Date").
The Closing Date Delivery of certificates for the Securities in definitive form to be purchased by the Underwriters and payment therefor shall be made at the offices of Xxxxxx Xxxxxx & Xxxxxxx llp, 00 Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxx Xxxx, Xxx Xxxx 00000 (or such other place as may be agreed to by the Company and the Representatives) at 9:00 a.m. New York City time, on July 2, 2019 or such other time and date as the Representatives shall designate by notice to the Company (the time and date of such closing are called the “Closing Date”).
Principal Payment Date The principal amount of the Senior Notes outstanding (together with any accrued and unpaid interest) shall be payable in a single installment on November 15, 2036, which date shall be the Stated Maturity of the Senior Notes.
Start Date The parental leave must begin no later than 52 weeks after the day the child is born or comes into the custody, care and control of the parent for the first time for provincially or federally regulated employees. The parental leave of an employee who takes a pregnancy leave must begin when the pregnancy leave ends unless the child has not yet come into the care and control of the parent for the first time.
Distribution Date Rights will separate from the Common Stock and become exercisable following (a) the tenth business day (or such later date as may be determined by the Company’s Board of Directors) after a person or group acquires beneficial ownership of 15% or more of the Company’s Common Stock or (b) the tenth business day (or such later date as may be determined by the Company’s Board of Directors) after a person or group announces a tender or exchange offer, the consummation of which would result in ownership by a person or group of 15% or more of the Company’s Common Stock.
Retirement Date Retirement Date shall mean retirement from service with the Bank which becomes effective on the first day of the calendar month following the month in which the Executive reaches age sixty-five (65) or such later date as the Executive may actually retire.
Anniversary Date A regular employee’s initial date of current employment with the Employer as a regular employee shall be her anniversary date for the purpose of determining benefits and for the purpose of determining increment anniversary date.
