LANGUAGE OF ALL EXCHANGE AND TERMINOLOGY. 4.1 The language of all information exchanged pursuant to this Agreement, including reports to Regulatory Authorities, shall (unless specifically stated otherwise) be in English, or if any other language, accompanied by a translation into English. In the event of any conflict between the English text and the text in any other language, the English text shall prevail.
