Landlord’s General Conditions for Tenant’s Agents and Tenant Improvement Work. Tenant's and Tenant's Agents' construction of any Tenant Improvements shall comply with the following: (i) the Tenant Improvements shall be constructed in material accordance with the applicable Approved Working Drawings, subject to minor field changes and approved Tenant Changes that are reflected in the final "as-built" plans delivered to Landlord pursuant Section 4.3, below and (ii) Tenant shall abide by all commercially reasonable rules made by Landlord with respect to the use of freight, loading dock and service elevators, storage of materials, coordination of work with the contractors of other tenants, and any other matter in connection with this Tenant Work Letter, including, without limitation, the construction of any Tenant Improvements.

Tenant's ’s and Tenant's Agents' ’s Agent’s construction of any the Tenant Improvements shall comply with the following: (i) the Tenant Improvements shall be constructed in material a good and workmanlike manner, using only new materials, and in strict accordance with the applicable Approved Working DrawingsFinal Plans, subject Legal Requirements, and all permits, governmental approvals and conditions of approval (Tenant shall provide Landlord with copies of such permits and approvals prior to minor field changes and approved commencing construction of the Tenant Changes that are reflected in the final "as-built" plans delivered to Landlord pursuant Section 4.3, below Improvements); and (ii) Tenant shall abide by all commercially reasonable rules made by Landlord Landlord’s Project manager with respect to the use of freight, loading dock and service elevatorsdocks, storage of materials, coordination of work with the contractors of other tenants, and any other matter in connection with this Tenant Work Letter, including, without limitation, the construction of any the Tenant Improvements.

Tenant's ’s and Tenant's ’s Agents' ’ construction of any the Tenant Improvements shall comply with the following: (i) the Tenant Improvements shall be constructed in material strict accordance with the applicable Approved Working Drawings; (ii) Tenant and Tenant’s Agents shall not, subject in any way, interfere with, obstruct, or delay, the work of Landlord’s base building contractor and subcontractors with respect to minor field changes the Base, Shell and approved Tenant Changes that are reflected Core or any other work in the final "as-built" plans delivered to Landlord pursuant Section 4.3, below Building; and (iiiii) Tenant shall abide by all commercially reasonable rules made by Landlord the Construction Guidelines in Rider Exhibit B with respect to the use of freight, loading dock and service elevators, storage of materials, coordination of work with the contractors of other tenants, and any other matter in connection with this Tenant Work Letter, including, without limitation, the construction of any the Tenant Improvements.
