Landlord’s General Conditions for Tenant’s Agents and Tenant Improvement Work. Tenant’s and Tenant’s Agents’ Agent’s construction of the Tenant Improvements shall comply with the following: (iA) the Tenant Improvements shall be constructed in strict accordance conformance with the Approved Working Construction Drawings; (ii) Tenant and Tenant’s Agents shall not, in any way, interfere with, obstruct, or delay, the work of Landlord’s base building contractor and subcontractors with respect to the Base, Shell and Core or any other work in the Building; (iiiB) Tenant’s Agents Contractors shall submit schedules of all work relating to the Tenant’s Tenant Improvements to Contractor Landlord and Contractor Landlord shall, within five (5) business days of receipt thereof, inform Tenant and Tenant’s Agents Contractors of any changes which are reasonably necessary thereto, thereto in order to avoid interference with Landlord’s work or unreasonable disruption of existing tenants and Tenant’s Agents Contractors shall adhere to such corrected schedule; and (ivC) Tenant shall abide by all construction guidelines and reasonable rules made by Landlord’s Building contractor or Landlord’s Building Project manager with respect to the use of freightany matter, loading dock and service elevatorswithin reason, storage of materials, coordination of work with the contractors of other tenants, and any other matter in connection with this Tenant Work Letter, including, without limitation, the construction of the Tenant Improvements.

Tenant shall pay an oversight and supervisory fee (the “Coordination Fee”) to Landlord in an amount equal to one and one-half percent (1.5%) of the Tenant Improvement Allowance.

Tenant’s and Tenant’s Agents’ Agent’s construction of the Tenant Improvements and Compliance Work shall comply with the following: (i) the Tenant Improvements and Compliance Work shall be constructed in strict accordance with the Approved Working Drawings; (ii) Tenant and Tenant’s Agents shall not, in any way, interfere with, obstruct, or delay, the work of Landlord’s base building contractor and subcontractors with respect to the Base, Shell and Core or any other work in the Building; (iii) Tenant’s Agents shall submit schedules of all work relating to the Tenant’s Improvements and Compliance Work to Contractor and Contractor shall, within five (5) business days of receipt thereof, inform Tenant’s Agents of any changes which are necessary thereto, and Tenant’s Agents shall use diligent efforts to adhere to such corrected schedule; and (iviii) Tenant shall abide by all reasonable rules made by Landlord’s Building contractor or Landlord’s Building property manager with respect to the use of freight, loading dock and service elevators, storage of materials, coordination of work with the contractors of other tenants, and any other matter in connection with this Tenant Work Letter, including, without limitation, the construction of the Tenant ImprovementsImprovements and Compliance Work.

Tenant’s and TenantXxxxxx’s Agents’ construction of the Tenant Improvements shall comply with the following: (i) the Tenant Improvements shall be constructed in strict accordance with the Approved Working Drawings; (ii) Tenant and Tenant’s Agents shall not, in any way, interfere with, obstruct, or delay, the work of Landlord’s base building contractor and subcontractors with respect to the Base, Shell and Core or any other work in the Building; (iii) Tenant’s Agents shall submit schedules of all work relating to the Tenant’s Improvements to Contractor and Contractor shall, within five (5) business days of after Tenant’s receipt thereof, inform TenantXxxxxx’s Agents of any changes which are necessary thereto, and TenantXxxxxx’s Agents shall adhere to such corrected schedule; and (iviii) Tenant shall abide by all reasonable and non-discriminatory rules made by LandlordXxxxxxxx’s Building contractor or Landlord’s Building manager with respect to the use of freight, loading dock and service elevators, storage of materials, coordination of work with the contractors of other tenants, and any other matter in connection with this Tenant Work Letter, including, without limitation, the construction of the Tenant Improvements.

Tenant’s and Tenant’s Agents’ construction of the Tenant Improvements shall comply with the following: (i) the Tenant Improvements shall be constructed in strict accordance substantial compliance with the Approved Working Drawings; (ii) Tenant and Tenant’s Agents shall not, in any way, interfere with, obstruct, or delay, the work of Landlord’s base building contractor and subcontractors with respect to the Base, Shell and Core or any other work in the Building; (iii) Tenant’s Agents shall submit schedules of all work relating to the Tenant’s Improvements to Contractor and Contractor shall, within five (5) business days of receipt thereof, inform Tenant’s Agents of any changes which are necessary thereto, and Tenant’s Agents shall adhere to such corrected schedule; and (iv) Tenant shall abide by all rules made by Landlord’s Building contractor or Landlord’s Building manager with respect to the use of freight, loading dock and service elevators, storage of materials, coordination of work with the contractors of other tenants, and any other matter in connection with this Tenant Expansion Work Letter, including, without limitation, the construction of the Tenant Improvements.

Landlord’s General Conditions for Tenant’s Agents and Tenant Improvement Work. Tenant’s and Tenant’s Agents’ Agent’s construction of the Tenant Improvements shall comply with the following: (iA) the Tenant Improvements shall be constructed in strict accordance conformance with the Approved Working Construction Drawings; (ii) Tenant and Tenant’s Agents shall not, in any way, interfere with, obstruct, or delay, the work of Landlord’s base building contractor and subcontractors with respect to the Base, Shell and Core or any other work in the Building; (iiiB) Tenant’s Agents Contractors shall submit schedules of all work relating to the Tenant’s Tenant Improvements to Contractor Landlord and Contractor Landlord shall, within five (5) business days Business Days of receipt thereof, inform Tenant and Tenant’s Agents Contractors of any changes which are reasonably necessary thereto, thereto in order to avoid interference with Landlord’s work or unreasonable disruption of existing tenants and Tenant’s Agents Contractors shall adhere to such corrected schedule; and (ivC) Tenant shall abide by all construction guidelines and reasonable rules made by Landlord’s Building contractor or Landlord’s Building Project manager with respect to the use of freightany matter, loading dock and service elevatorswithin reason, storage of materials, coordination of work with the contractors of other tenants, and any other matter in connection with this Tenant Work Letter, including, without limitation, the construction of the Tenant Improvements.

Tenant’s and Tenant’s Agents’ construction of the Tenant Improvements shall comply with the following: (i) the Tenant Improvements shall be constructed in strict accordance with the Approved Working Drawings; (ii) Tenant and Tenant’s Agents shall not, in any way, interfere with, obstruct, or delay, the work of Landlord’s base building contractor and subcontractors with respect to the Base, Shell and Core or any other work in the BuildingBuilding or Real Property; (iii) Tenant’s Agents shall submit schedules of all work relating to the Tenant’s Improvements to Contractor and Contractor shall, within five (5) business days of receipt thereof, inform Tenant’s Agents of any changes which are necessary thereto, and Tenant’s Agents shall adhere to such corrected schedule; and (iv) Tenant shall abide by all rules made by Landlord’s Building contractor or Landlord’s Building manager with respect to the use of freight, loading dock and service elevators, storage of materials, coordination of work with the contractors of other tenants, and any other matter in connection with this Tenant Work Letter, including, without limitation, the construction of the Tenant Improvements.

Landlord’s General Conditions for Tenant’s Agents and Tenant Improvement Work. Tenant’s and Tenant’s Agents’ Agent’s construction of the Tenant Improvements shall comply with the following: (i) the Tenant Improvements shall be constructed in strict accordance with the Approved Working Drawings; (ii) Tenant and Tenant’s Agents shall not, in any way, interfere with, obstruct, or delay, the work of Landlord’s base building contractor and subcontractors with respect to the Base, Shell and Core or any other work in the Building; (iii) Tenant’s Agents shall submit schedules of all work relating to the Tenant’s Improvements to Contractor and Contractor shall, within five (5) business days of receipt thereof, inform Tenant’s Agents of any changes which are necessary thereto, and Tenant’s Agents shall adhere to such corrected schedule; and (iviii) Tenant shall abide by all rules made by Landlord’s Building contractor or Landlord’s Building manager with respect to the use of freight, loading dock and service elevators, storage of materials, coordination of work with the contractors of other tenants, and any other matter in connection with this Tenant Work Letter, including, without limitation, the construction of the Tenant Improvements. Tenant shall pay a logistical coordination fee (the “Coordination Fee”) to Landlord in an amount equal to three percent (3%) of the total hard and soft costs incurred in connection with the Tenant Improvements, but in no event in excess of an amount equal to $1.50 per rentable square foot of the Premises.

Landlord’s General Conditions for Tenant’s Agents and Tenant Improvement Work. Tenant’s and Tenant’s Agents’ Agent’s construction of the Tenant Improvements shall comply with the following: (i) the Tenant Improvements shall be constructed in strict accordance with the Approved Working Drawings; (ii) Tenant and Tenant’s Agents shall not, in any way, interfere with, obstruct, or delay, the work of Landlord’s base building contractor and subcontractors with respect to the Base, Shell and Core or any other work in the Building; (iii) Tenant’s Agents shall submit schedules of all work relating to the Tenant’s Improvements to Contractor Landlord and Contractor Landlord shall, within five (5) business days of receipt thereof, inform Tenant’s Agents of any changes which are necessary thereto, and Tenant’s Agents shall adhere to such corrected schedule; and (iviii) Tenant shall abide by all rules made by Landlord’s Building contractor or Landlord’s Building manager with respect to the use of freight, loading dock and service elevators, any required shutdown of utilities (including life safety systems), storage of materials, coordination of work with the contractors of other tenants, and any other matter in connection with this Tenant Work Letter, including, without limitation, the construction of the Tenant Improvements. If any Tenant’s Agent fails to comply with such rules or unreasonably interferes with the performance of other work in Building, Landlord may deny such Tenant’s Agent access to the Building on two (2) Business Days prior notice.

Landlord’s General Conditions for Tenant’s Agents and Tenant Improvement Work. Tenant’s and Tenant’s Agents’ construction of the Tenant Improvements shall comply with the following: (i) the Tenant Improvements shall be constructed in strict accordance with the Approved Working Drawings; (ii) Tenant and Tenant’s Agents shall not, in any way, interfere with, obstruct, or delay, the work of Landlord’s base building contractor and subcontractors with respect to the Base, Shell and Core or any other work in the BuildingBuilding or Project; (iii) Tenant’s Agents shall submit schedules of all work relating to the Tenant’s Improvements to the Contractor and the Contractor shall, within five (5) business days of after Tenant’s receipt thereof, inform Tenant’s Agents of any changes which are necessary thereto, and Tenant’s Agents shall adhere to such corrected schedule; and (iv) Tenant shall abide by all rules made by Landlord’s Building contractor or Landlord’s Building manager with respect to the use of freight, loading dock and service elevators, storage of materials, coordination of work with the contractors of other tenants, and any other matter in connection with this Tenant Work Letter, including, without limitation, the construction of the Tenant Improvements.

Tenant’s 's and Tenant’s 's Agents’ ' construction of the Tenant Improvements shall comply with the following: (i) the Tenant Improvements shall be constructed in strict accordance with the Approved Working Drawings; (ii) Tenant and Tenant’s 's Agents shall not, in any way, interfere with, obstruct, or delay, the work of Landlord’s 's base building contractor and subcontractors with respect to the Base, Shell and Core or any other work in the Building; (iii) Tenant’s 's Agents shall submit schedules of all work relating to the Tenant’s Tenant Improvements to Contractor and Contractor shall, within five (5) business days of receipt thereof, inform Tenant’s 's Agents of any changes which are necessary thereto, and Tenant’s 's Agents shall adhere to such corrected schedule; and (iv) Tenant shall abide by all rules made by Landlord’s 's Building contractor or Landlord’s 's Building manager with respect to the use of freight, loading dock and service elevators, storage of materials, coordination of work with the contractors of other tenants, and any other matter in connection with this Tenant Work Letter, including, without limitation, the construction of the Tenant Improvements.

Tenant’s and Tenant’s Agents’ Agent’s construction of the Tenant Improvements shall comply with the following: (i) the Tenant Improvements shall be constructed in strict substantial accordance with the Approved Working Drawings; (ii) Tenant and Tenant’s Agents shall not, in any way, interfere with, obstruct, or delay, the work of Landlord’s base building contractor and subcontractors with respect to the Base, Shell and Core or any other work in the Building; (iii) Tenant’s Agents shall submit schedules of all work relating to the Tenant’s Improvements to Contractor and Contractor shall, within five (5) business days of receipt thereof, inform Tenant’s Agents of any changes which are necessary thereto, and Tenant’s Agents shall adhere to such corrected schedule; and (iviii) Tenant shall abide by all reasonable rules made by Landlord’s Building contractor or Landlord’s Building project manager with respect to the use of freight, loading dock and service elevators, storage of materials, coordination of work with the contractors of other tenantsLandlord, and any other matter in connection with this Tenant Work Letter, including, without limitation, the construction of the Tenant Improvements.

Tenant’s and Tenant’s Agents’ Agent’s construction of the Tenant Improvements shall comply with the following: (i) the Tenant Improvements shall be constructed in strict accordance with the Approved Working Drawings; (ii) Tenant and Tenant’s Agents shall not, in any way, interfere with, obstruct, or delay, the work of Landlord’s base building contractor and subcontractors with respect to the Base, Shell and Core or any other work in the Building; (iii) Tenant’s Agents shall submit schedules of all work relating to the Tenant’s Improvements to Contractor and Contractor shall, within five (5) business days of receipt thereof, inform Tenant’s Agents of any changes which are necessary thereto, and Tenant’s Agents shall adhere to such corrected schedule; and (iviii) Tenant shall abide by all rules made by Landlord’s Building contractor or Landlord’s Building manager with respect to the use of freight, loading dock and service elevators, storage of materials, coordination of work with the contractors of other tenants, and any other matter in connection with this Tenant Work Letter, including, without limitation, the construction of the Tenant Improvements.. Tenant shall pay a logistical coordination fee (the “Coordination Fee”) to Landlord in an amount equal to two percent (2%) of the Tenant Improvement Allowance. EXHIBIT B

Landlord’s General Conditions for Tenant’s Agents and Tenant Improvement Work. Tenant’s 's and Tenant’s 's Agents’ ' construction of the Tenant Improvements shall comply with the following: (i) the Tenant Improvements shall be constructed in strict accordance with the Approved Working Drawings; (ii) Tenant and Tenant’s 's Agents shall not, in any way, interfere with, obstruct, or delay, the work of Landlord’s 's base building contractor and subcontractors with respect to the Base, Shell and Core or any other work in the 1200 Building; (iii) Tenant’s 's Agents shall submit schedules of all work relating to the Tenant’s 's Improvements to Contractor and Contractor shall, within five (5) business days of receipt thereof, inform Tenant’s 's Agents of any changes which are necessary thereto, and Tenant’s 's Agents shall adhere to such corrected schedule; and (iv) Tenant shall abide by all reasonable rules of which Tenant has prior written notice made by Landlord’s 's 1200 Building contractor or Landlord’s 's 1200 Building manager with respect to the use of freight, loading dock and service elevators, storage of materials, coordination of work with the contractors of other tenants, and any other matter in connection with this Tenant Work Letter, including, without limitation, the construction of the Tenant Improvements.

Landlord’s General Conditions for Tenant’s Agents and Tenant Improvement Work. Tenant’s and Tenant’s Agents’ construction of the Suite 1100 Tenant Improvements shall comply with the following: (i) the Suite 1100 Tenant Improvements shall be constructed in strict accordance with the Approved Working Drawings; (ii) Tenant and 905814.01/SD999903.14000/11-9-21//pah -6- Tenant’s Agents shall not, in any way, interfere with, obstruct, or delay, the work of Landlord’s base building contractor and subcontractors with respect to the Base, Shell Shell, and Core or any other work in the Building; (iii) Tenant’s Agents shall submit schedules of all work relating to the Tenant’s Suite 1100 Tenant Improvements to Contractor and Contractor shall, within five (5) business days of receipt thereof, inform Tenant’s Agents of any changes which are necessary thereto, and Tenant’s Agents shall adhere to such corrected schedule; and (iv) Tenant shall abide by all rules made by Landlord’s Building contractor or Landlord’s Building manager with respect to the use of freight, loading dock and service elevators, storage of materials, coordination of work with the contractors of other tenants, and any other matter in connection with this Tenant Work Letter, including, without limitation, the construction of the Suite 1100 Tenant Improvements.
