The parties agree to request the Ministry of Advanced Education, Training and Technology to maintain a Labour Adjustment Fund for the benefit of all employees and institutions. The purpose of the Fund is to accommodate the needs of the employees and institutions in achieving targeted labour adjustments at an institution. The parties recommend that the Ministry consult with them on the eligibility requirements for an institution to gain access to the Fund.
