LABOR MANAGEMENT COOPERATION COMMITTEE TRUST FUND. 33. Each Individual Employer shall pay to the U.A. Local 343 Labor Management Cooperation Committee Trust Fund the sum set forth in Appendix C for each hour paid for or worked, straight-time or overtime, by each of his/her employees covered by this Agreement.
