Knowledge Issue. Any ticket raised that either requests instruction or that is raised under another issues type and subsequently found to be as a result of lack of product knowledge. If such tickets are raised on a regular basis or in large numbers then we will refer you to attend a chargeable training course by a mix of employees, consultants, analysts, software developers and administrators to provide each user with the optimal amount of training.
