Server Configuration Clause Samples

The Server Configuration clause defines the requirements and responsibilities related to setting up, maintaining, and modifying server environments used in the context of an agreement. It typically outlines which party is responsible for configuring hardware and software, managing access controls, and ensuring that the server meets specified performance or security standards. By clearly assigning these duties, the clause helps prevent disputes over technical obligations and ensures that the server environment supports the intended operations of the agreement.
