public communications network means an electronic communications network used wholly or mainly for the provision of electronic communications services available to the public which support the transfer of information between network termination points;
Electronic Subcontracting Reporting System (eSRS) means the Governmentwide, electronic, web-based system for small business subcontracting program reporting. The eSRS is located at http://www.esrs.gov.
Gazette means the KwaZulu-Natal Provincial Gazette;
Loss Absorption Regulations means, at any time, the laws, regulations, requirements, guidelines, rules, standards and policies relating to minimum requirements for own funds and eligible liabilities and/or loss absorbing capacity instruments of the United Kingdom, the PRA, the United Kingdom resolution authority, the Financial Stability Board and/or of the European Parliament or of the Council of the European Union then in effect in the United Kingdom including, without limitation to the generality of the foregoing, any delegated or implementing acts (such as regulatory technical standards) adopted by the European Commission and any regulations, requirements, guidelines, rules, standards and policies relating to minimum requirements for own funds and eligible liabilities and/or loss absorbing capacity instruments adopted by the PRA and/or the United Kingdom resolution authority from time to time (whether or not such regulations, requirements, guidelines, rules, standards or policies are applied generally or specifically to the Company or to the Regulatory Group).
Collaborative law communication means a statement, whether oral or in a record, or verbal or nonverbal, to which both of the following apply:

Transparency Reports means a report in accordance with Schedule 7 Part 1 (Transparency Reports) containing the contract information as set out in the table for that Part for publication by the Authority in the interests of transparency.
Customs declaration means the act whereby a person indicates in the prescribed form and manner a wish to place goods under a given customs procedure.
Atomic Energy Act means the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended.
Academies Financial Handbook means the DfE’s financial handbook for Academies in force from time to time;
Electric Reliability Organization or “ERO” means the organization that is certified by the Commission under Section 39.3 of its regulations, the purpose of which is to establish and enforce Reliability Standards for the Bulk Power System in the United States, subject to Commission review. The organization may also have received recognition by Applicable Governmental Authorities in Canada and Mexico to establish and enforce Reliability Standards for the Bulk Power Systems of the respective countries.

Multiple Bill/Single Tariff means the billing method used when Switched Exchange Access Services is jointly provided by the Parties. As described in the MECAB document, each Party will render a bill in accordance with its own tariff for that portion of the service it provides. Each Party will bill its own network access service rates.
French Language Services Act means the Ontario French Language Services Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter F.32, as amended from time to time;
WorkSafeBC means the Workers Compensation Board, a provincial Crown corporation created pursuant to the Workers Compensation Act (British Columbia);
Public Electronic Communications Network means an Electronic Communications Network provided wholly or mainly for the purpose of making Electronic Communications Services available to members of the public;
MARPOL 73/78 means the International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships, 1973, as amended by the Protocol of 1978 relating thereto and by any other amendment in force thereafter;
Publication NPC-205 means Ministry Publication NPC-205, Sound Level Limits for Stationary Sources in Class 1 & 2 Areas (Urban), October, 1995; and
Coordinated licensure information system means an integrated process for collecting, storing, and sharing information on nurse licensure and enforcement activities related to nurse licensure laws that is administered by a nonprofit organization composed of and controlled by licensing boards.
State implementation plan or “SIP” means the plan adopted by the state of Iowa and approved by the Administrator which provides for implementation, maintenance, and enforcement of such primary and secondary ambient air quality standards as they are adopted by the Administrator, pursuant to the Act.
911 system means the set of network, database and customer premise equipment (CPE) components required to provide 911 service.
NERC means the North American Electric Reliability Corporation.
Rapid(ly) report(ing means within 72 hours of discovery of any cyber incident.
International air transportation means transportation by air between a place in the United States and a place outside the United States or between two places both of which are outside the United States.
Maintenance Supervisor (Tradesperson) means an employee who has trade qualifications and has overall responsibility for maintenance at the place of employment and may be required to supervise other maintenance staff.
HUC 14 or "hydrologic unit code 14" means an area within which water drains to a particular receiving surface water body, also known as a subwatershed, which is identified by a 14-digit hydrologic unit boundary designation, delineated within New Jersey by the United States Geological Survey.
