Judicial and Official Appearance Leave. 24 13.6.1 Judicial and Official Appearance Leave shall be 25 granted for the purposes of regularly called jury 26 duty, appearance as a witness (in court) other than 27 as a litigant, or to respond to an official order from 28 another governmental jurisdiction for reasons not 29 brought about through the connivance or 30 misconduct of the employee.
