Common use of JSC Meetings Clause in Contracts

JSC Meetings. The JSC will hold its first meeting within thirty (30) days of establishment of the JSC pursuant to Section 3.1. Thereafter, the JSC shall hold meetings at such times as it elects to do so, but in no event shall such meetings be held less frequently than once per Calendar Year. Meetings may be held in person, or by audio or video teleconference; provided that all in-person JSC meetings shall be held at locations mutually agreed upon by Aura and Clearside. Each Party shall be responsible for all of its own expenses of participating in JSC meetings.
