Common use of Jointly Trusteed Benefits Trust Clause in Contracts

Jointly Trusteed Benefits Trust. The Parties have agreed to participate in a jointly trusteed benefits trust and shall place their dental, extended health, group life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment benefit coverage specified in this Article (note – districts without AD&D would not include reference to that benefit) as soon as the trust is able to take on that responsibility. Once the trust is able to take on that responsibility, the parties agree that they will participate on the following conditions:
