Common use of Joint Operating Committee Clause in Contracts

Joint Operating Committee. At least six (6) months prior to the expected Initial Synchronization Date, Interconnection Customer, Transmission Owner and Transmission Provider shall each appoint one representative and one alternate to the Joint Operating Committee. Each Party shall notify the other Parties of its appointment in writing. Such appointments may be changed at any time by similar notice. The Joint Operating Committee shall meet as necessary, but not less than once each calendar year, to carry out the duties set forth herein. The Joint Operating Committee shall hold a meeting at the request of any Party, at a time and place agreed upon by the representatives.
