Common use of Joint Insurance Committee Clause in Contracts

Joint Insurance Committee. The parties shall create a Joint Insurance Committee. The committee shall be comprised of three (3) bargaining unit members and three (3) representatives of the Board of Education. The Committee will meet at least four (4) times per school year to review the Health Insurance Plan, to provide education to employees about the Health Insurance Plan, to consider cost-saving measures, and to make recommendations to the LTA and Board of Education. The Committee shall issue a recommendation to both parties by April 1 of each year.

The Committee shall issue a recommendation to both all three parties by April February 1 of each year.

The committee shall be comprised of three (3) bargaining unit members and three (3) representatives of the Board of Education. The Committee will may meet at least four (4) times per school year as needed to review the Health Insurance Plan, to provide education to employees about the Health Insurance Plan, to consider cost-saving measures, and to make recommendations to the LTA and Board of Education. The Committee shall issue a recommendation to both parties by April 1 of each yearwhen the committee is convened.
