JOB INSPECTION. SECTION 1. The Business Representative of the Union will be permitted to visit any project at any time, but shall not at any time interfere with the progress of the work. On projects which are either military or security provisions, the Employer will cooperate with the Union officials in this regard as far as regulations permit.
