Common use of Isolation Leave Clause in Contracts

Isolation Leave. In Employee who contracts an infectious disease classified as notifiable to any state or federal government health agency or authority, or who is required by a Registered Health Practitioner to remain in isolation by reason of contact with a person suffering from a notifiable infectious disease, shall be granted isolation leave on full pay for the period that the Employee is required to be absent.

Isolation Leave. In Employee An employee who contracts an infectious disease classified as notifiable to any state or federal government health agency or authority, the Victorian Department of Health or who is required by a Registered Health Practitioner medical practitioner to remain in isolation by reason of contact with a person suffering from a notifiable infectious disease, shall be granted isolation leave on full pay for the period that the Employee employee is required to be absentabsent and shall not have such leave deducted from sick leave credits.
