INVOICING PROCEDURE. 5.1 The Authority shall pay all undisputed sums properly due and payable to the Supplier in cleared funds within thirty (30) days of receipt of a Valid Invoice, submitted to the address specified by the Authority in paragraph 5.4 of this Schedule and in accordance with the provisions of this Contract.
