Common use of Investigation of Complaint Clause in Contracts

Investigation of Complaint. D5.03 In investigating an employee complaint, the authorized Institute representative shall obtain the permission from the immediate supervisor to leave the workplace. When entering the employee’s workplace, the authorized Institute representative shall obtain the permission from the employee’s immediate supervisor before proceeding with the investigation. Such permission shall not be unreasonably withheld. The authorized Institute representative shall be allowed a reasonable period of time to complete the investigation and shall report to the supervisor before resuming normal duties.
