The Company and the Union agree that there will be no discrimination, intimidation, interference, restraint or coercion exercised or practiced against any employee in regard to train- ing, upgrading, promotion, transfer, discharge, layoff, recall or other work condition because of race, ancestry, place of origin, colour, ethnic origin, citizenship, creed, sex, sexual orientation, handicap, age, marital status, family status, political affiliation, or Union activities. The Union recognizes that the Company is subject to Federal regulations in regard to security.
