Common use of Intimidation and Threats Clause in Contracts

Intimidation and Threats. Interviews shall be done under circumstances devoid of intimidation, abuse, or coercion. The employee will not be threatened with transfer or any disciplinary action as a means of obtaining information. The employee cannot be subjected to abusive language or promise of reward as inducement for answering questions.
