INTERRUPTIONS TO THE TENANCY 5.3.1 To agree that Rent shall cease to be payable, if the Property is destroyed or made uninhabitable by fire, or any other risk against which the Landlord’s policy has insured, until the Property is reinstated and rendered habitable; unless the insurance monies are not recoverable (whether in whole or in part) or the damage needs to be made good because of anything done or not done by the Tenant, their family, or their visitors; or the insurer pays the costs of re-housing the Tenant.
