Interpretation; Number and Gender. In the event of any amendment to the provisions of Utah Code Annotated Title 57 or other provisions of Utah Code Annotated referenced in this Deed of Trust, this Deed of Trust shall, at the sole election of Beneficiary, be deemed amended to be consistent with such amendments or Beneficiary may elect not to give effect to such deemed amendments hereto if permitted by applicable law. In this Deed of Trust the singular shall include the plural and the masculine shall include the feminine and neuter gender and vice versa, if the context so requires.

  • Headings; References; Interpretation All Article and Section headings in this Agreement are for convenience only and shall not be deemed to control or affect the meaning or construction of any of the provisions hereof. The words “hereof,” “herein” and “hereunder” and words of similar import, when used in this Agreement, shall refer to this Agreement as a whole and not to any particular provision of this Agreement.   • Interpretation; Titles and Subtitles This Agreement shall be construed according to its fair language. The rule of construction to the effect that ambiguities are to be resolved against the drafting party shall not be employed in interpreting this Agreement.
