Internal Substitution by Teacher Assistants. Any teacher assistant who assumes sole responsibility for a class shall receive his/her regular rate of pay plus an additional $40.00 for a full day worked. Pay for less than a full day of substitution will be pro-rated. Compensation for internal substitution shall be paid monthly.
