INTERMEDIARY CLAUSE. The parties to this agreement recognize and accept that there is no intermediary involved in the placement or handling of this Agreement and that the relationship is direct between the Reinsured and the Reinsurer.

Payments by the Company to the Intermediary shall be deemed to constitute payment to the Reinsurer. Payments by the Reinsurer to the Intermediary shall be deemed to constitute payment to the Company only to the extent that such payments are actually received by the Company. Payments of Premium and Losses will be on a direct settlement basis between Company and Reinsurer.
INTERMEDIARY CLAUSE. All communications and notices served in accordance with any of the provisions of this Contract shall be addressed to the party concerned through the offices of AII Reinsurance Broker Ltd., Hxxxxxxx, Bermuda who are hereby recognised by all parties as the Intermediary.
