Common use of Interim Service Agreement Clause in Contracts

Interim Service Agreement. 8.1.1 Once the water supply is available, the Developer agrees to pay the Service Charges, and all applicable fees and levies (herein referred to as “charges”), including interest on overdue charges, in respect of each curb stop, until a Water Service Agreement is entered into between the Utility and the End User for each curb stop in the development.
