Interest on Unpaid Non-Performance Penalty. If Developer fails to pay the Non-Performance Penalty after City has delivered the Notice of Non-Performance Penalty, then, in addition to the principal amount of the Non-performance Penalty, Developer shall pay City interest at the rate of eighteen percent (18%) per annum, computed on the principal amount of the Non-Performance Penalty, from a date fifteen (15) calendar days following delivery of the Notice of Non-performance Penalty.
