Interest; Expenses. (a) If Guarantor fails to pay all or any sums due hereunder within ten (10) days of demand by Lender, the amount of such sums payable by Guarantor to Lender shall bear interest from the date of demand until paid at the Default Rate in effect from time to time.

(a) If Guarantor fails to pay all or any sums due hereunder upon demand by Administrative Agent or any other Secured Party, the amount of such sums payable by Guarantor to Administrative Agent or any other Secured Party shall bear interest from the date of demand until paid at the Default Rate in effect from time to time. The amounts payable under this Section 15(a) are in addition to the Guaranteed Obligations and not subject to the Guarantor Liability Cap.
