INTERAGENCY COOPERATION. 12. California Wildland Fire Coordinating Group (CWCG) This group shall provide coordination and recommendations for all interagency wildland fire management activities in California. At a minimum, the group will consist of one representative from each State and Federal Agency signatory to this Agreement as designated by Agency Administrators. Membership, procedures, and guidelines will be agreed to and documented in the CWCG Charter. CWCG may charter interagency technical committees to study areas of concern.
INTERAGENCY COOPERATION. 1. Geographic Area Coordinating Groups (GACG): The parties to this agreement agree to use their respective Geographic Coordinating Groups to provide coordination and recommendations for all interagency fire management and all hazard activities within limits of statutory authorities in the state of Wyoming. Membership, procedures, and guidelines will be agreed to and documented in the respective GACG Charters.
INTERAGENCY COOPERATION. Service Provider shall demonstrate efforts to initiate cooperative working agreements with other community agencies providing services to older persons and persons with disabilities to establish a comprehensive, coordinated system of services that will facilitate access to, and utilization of, all existing services to avoid service duplication and assist the service recipient with all available resources. Acceptable methods of cooperation include, but are not limited to, letters of or cooperative agreement, co-location and membership in interagency organizations. Services, whenever possible, must be provided at/or coordinated with focal points. At the minimum, the Service Provider shall assure that the community focal points and senior community centers set forth in Exhibit E have information pertaining to the services provided.

INTERAGENCY COOPERATION. Applicants residing in other states must secure the services of a local, state-licensed, Hague accredited agency to provide their homestudy and post placement services; and to work in cooperation with JWM, Inc. which functions as the Primary Provider and AFAA as the Foreign Services Provider. Please provide the Name, Address, phone number and email address of your homestudy provider: The out-of-state home study agency must agree to provide JWM/AFAA with a timely and complete home study which meets the requirements of their state of operation, Liberia, U.S. immigration standards, and Hague convention standards. The out-of-state home study agency agrees to notify JWM, Inc. promptly of any changes to the family’s status or discovery of circumstances that could affect the recommendation of the family for adoption. The home study agency is responsible for educating and advising prospective adoptive parents on the risks of adoption, international adoption issues and adjustments the child and family may experience. The home study agency must agree to provide prospective parents with information, counseling, preparation and resources for adoption. The home study agency must agree to provide post-placement supervision, providing support and referral resources, if needed, to the family; submitting required reports in a timely manner; and assisting the family with finalization or validation of the adoption in their state of residency. The home study agency must provide JWM, Inc. with copies of licensure and its social workers’ credentials. The home study agency must agree to JWM, Inc. promptly of any changes in agency licensure.
