Common use of INTERAGENCY COOPERATION Clause in Contracts

INTERAGENCY COOPERATION. 1. Geographic Area Coordinating Groups (GACG): The parties to this agreement agree to use their respective Geographic Coordinating Groups to provide coordination and recommendations for all interagency fire management and all hazard activities within limits of statutory authorities in the state of Wyoming. Membership, procedures, and guidelines will be agreed to and documented in the respective GACG Charters.
