INTERAGENCY COOPERATION. 1. Eastern Area Coordinating Group (EACG): provides coordination and recommendations for all interagency fire management activities in the twenty Northeastern States. Membership, procedures, and guidelines will be agreed to and documented in the EACG Charter (Memorandum of Understanding and/or Standard Operating Procedures).
