INTEGRATION AND EXECUTION. This Agreement, including the material contained in Appendix A covers the entire agreement of the parties in respect to the subject matter hereof. No prior agreement or agreements, or other statements to this Agreement, oral or written made prior to or at the signing hereof, shall vary or modify the written terms hereof unless specifically provided herein, and neither party shall claim any amendment or modification of any provision hereof unless such amendment or modification is in writing and signed by both parties hereto. Notwithstanding its execution by Customer, this Agreement shall not bind or create any obligation upon Calnev until so executed by a duly authorized representative of Calnev.

Commercialization Committee (“CC”) Establish project plans and review and approve activities and budgets for commercialization activities under the Anti-Infectives Program.   • Execution of Papers Except as the Trustees generally or in particular cases may authorize the execution thereof in some other manner, all deeds, leases, contracts, notes and other obligations made by the Trustees shall be signed by the President, any Vice President, or by the Treasurer and need not bear the seal of the Trust.
