Integrated Implementation Team Steering Committee. Establishing an Integrated Implementation Team (IIT) Steering Committee with balanced agency representation. At a minimum, this Committee will include Caltrans’ Division of Environmental Analysis (DEA) Assistant Division Chief, GNEIS Office Chief, and Coastal Program Manager and the Commission’s Statewide Transportation Program Manager, NorCal Transportation Coastal Program Manager, and SoCal Transportation Coastal Program Manager. The IIT Steering Committee will set up workgroups to advance and develop jointly agreed upon workplans and/or collaboration strategies for the first four of the five focus areas listed above. These proposed workplans/strategies will be submitted to Caltrans' and the Commissions’ Executive Management, as appropriate, for their concurrence and support. Subsequent proposed workplans/ strategies will be prepared or updated annually, as appropriate for each of the four focus areas and the status of their progress will be conveyed in the annual status reports. Workplans for the STEPPE efforts are, and will be, developed through that complementary effort and included within the annual status report, as appropriate.

  • Project Steering Committee (a) The Recipient shall establish and maintain at all times until the completion of the Project, the Project Steering Committee with a composition, mandate and resources satisfactory to the Association.

  • Steering Committee The Project Manager shall set up a Steering Committee for the Project, consisting of representatives from the Department, the Contractor, and any other key organisations whom the project will impact on, to be agreed between the parties. The function of the Steering Committee shall be to review the scope and direction of the Project against its aims and objectives, monitor progress and efficiency, and assess, manage and review expected impact and use of the findings from the Project. The Committee shall meet at times and dates agreed by the parties, or in the absence of agreement, specified by the Department. The Contractor’s representatives on the Steering Committee shall report their views on the progress of the Project to the Steering Committee in writing if requested by the Department. The Contractor’s representatives on the Steering Committee shall attend all meetings of the Steering Committee unless otherwise agreed by the Department.

  • Training Committee The parties to this Agreement may form a Training Committee. The Training Committee will be constituted by equal numbers of Employer nominees and ETU employee representatives and have a charter which clearly states its role and responsibilities. It shall monitor the clauses of this Agreement which relate to training and ensure all employees have equal access to training.
