Common use of Insured Event Clause in Contracts

Insured Event. 12.3.1. An Insured Event is an unexpected and unpredicted event that occurred during Travel within a Period of Insurance (hereafter the Event), which is in causal relation with the activities of the Insured Person and as a result of which the Insured Person has a legal obligation to indemnify for the damage (civil liability).
