Insurance Casualty Condemnation Restoration. The Administrative Agent has accepted the Borrower’s current insurance program and policies through December 31, 2004 and any requirements set forth in this Section 7.3 which are not satisfied by said current insurance program are hereby waived through such date. (1) On and after December 31, 2004, the Borrower shall, at its sole cost and expense, keep in full force and effect (or, where applicable, cause the Mortgaged Property Owners or Operating Lessees to keep in full force and effect) insurance coverage of the types and minimum limits as follows during the term of this Agreement for the mutual benefit of the Borrower and the Administrative Agent:
