Common use of Insurance Obligation Clause in Contracts

Insurance Obligation. The Parties state that their employees and staff (teachers and administrative staff) will be requested to be insured against incidents that they may suffer during their stay abroad, for the activities under this Agreement, and for the civil liability for damage which they may involuntarily cause to third parties (people or their properties).
