INSPECTION BY THE LESSOR. 14.1 The Lessor and his representatives are entitled to inspect the Premises accompanied by the representative of the Lessor based on 2 (two) working days prior notice of the Lessor any time within usual working hours. Only in case of emergency may the Lessor access the Premises outside of usual working hours and without prior notice to the Lessee.

INSPECTION BY THE LESSOR. The Lessee shall allow the Lessor and the Lessor’s representatives, at reasonable times and with reasonable notice, to enter the Gedu Site and inspect its condition and status, verify compliance with the Lessee’s obligations under the Lease, and exercise any of the Lessor’s rights.
INSPECTION BY THE LESSOR. The LESSEE shall permit the LESSOR or any person authorized by the LESSOR at all reasonable times (immediately in case of an emergency) to inspect, view and examine the state and condition of the Equipment and for that purpose permit the Lessor or any person authorized by the Lessor to enter the premises where the Equipment is used or stored. The Lessor shall give One Week Notice for any such inspection / examination. Provided further, the Lessor hereby agrees that no such inspection or examination of the state and condition of the Equipment will be made within a period of less than three months from the date of the previous inspection / examination. The Lessor hereby permits immediate inspections/examinations of the state and condition of the Equipment, in case of any emergency, only twice a year.
INSPECTION BY THE LESSOR. 9.1 The Lessee consents to inspection and entry of the Room by the Lessor on 5 (five) days written notice.

  • Inspection by Lessor Upon reasonable advance notice, Lessee, during reasonable business hours and subject to Lessee's security requirements, will make the Equipment and its related log and maintenance records available to Lessor for inspection.

  • Inspection by Landlord Landlord shall have the right to inspect the Tenant Improvements at all times, provided however, that Landlord’s failure to inspect the Tenant Improvements shall in no event constitute a waiver of any of Landlord’s rights hereunder nor shall Landlord’s inspection of the Tenant Improvements constitute Landlord’s approval of the same. Any defects or deviations in, and/or disapproval by Landlord of, the Tenant Improvements shall be rectified by Tenant at no expense to Landlord, provided however, that in the event Landlord determines that a defect or deviation exists or disapproves of any matter in connection with any portion of the Tenant Improvements and such defect, deviation or matter might adversely affect the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilating and air conditioning or life-safety systems of the Building, the structure or exterior appearance of the Building or any other tenant’s use of such other tenant’s leased premises, Landlord may, take such action as Landlord deems necessary, at Tenant’s expense and without incurring any liability on Landlord’s part, to correct any such defect, deviation and/or matter, including, without limitation, causing the cessation of performance of the construction of the Tenant Improvements until such time as the defect, deviation and/or matter is corrected to Landlord’s satisfaction.

  • TERMINATION BY THE PARTIES This Agreement may be terminated upon sixty (60) days’ written notice (a) by the Independent Directors of the Company or the Advisor, without Cause and without penalty, (b) by the Advisor for Good Reason, or (c) by the Advisor upon a Change of Control. The provisions of Sections 19 through 31 of this Agreement shall survive termination of this Agreement.

  • Termination by the Manager This Agreement may be terminated by the Manager if: (a) the Resident fails to check into their assigned Room within five (5) days of the first day of the Semester; (b) the Resident abandons their Room as detailed in section 8.03 of this Agreement; (c) the Resident decides not to accept the Room they were assigned, or any alternate rooms offered to them during the course of this Agreement; or (d) the Resident violates any of the terms of this Agreement, including violations of the Residence Community Living Standards or Institution Standards. Written Notice of Termination of Residency will be delivered to the Resident, and if necessary, the Manager may notify the Primary or Secondary Contact by phone or e-mail of the termination of the Resident’s residency. If the Resident is unavailable to receive service of the notice in person, then delivery of the notice to the Resident’s Room shall be deemed proper service and delivery. The Resident will be allowed 24 hours from the date and time of delivery of the Notice of Termination of Residency to fully vacate and remove all personal belongings from the Residence.

If Licensee should violate or fail to perform any term or covenant of this Agreement, then The Regents may give written notice of such default ("Notice of Default") to Licensee.
