INSPECTION AND EVALUATION OF PERFORMANCE OF OPERATOR. 15.3.1 The Authority/ Authority’s Representative shall inspect and assess the Project at least once a week. It shall make a report of such inspection (the “O&M Inspection Report”) stating in reasonable detail the defects and deficiencies, if any, with particular reference to the Operation and Maintenance Standards, and send a copy thereof to the Operator within 7 (seven) days of such inspection;
