SERVICE PROGRAMME Clause Samples
The SERVICE PROGRAMME clause defines the scope, schedule, and standards for the services to be provided under the agreement. It typically outlines the specific tasks, deliverables, and timelines that the service provider must adhere to, and may include performance metrics or milestones. By clearly detailing what services are expected and when, this clause ensures both parties have a mutual understanding of obligations, reducing the risk of disputes over service delivery and helping to manage expectations throughout the contract term.
